SLAGrade reads your existing Uptime Kuma data and sends each client a branded monthly report graded against their SLA target. You decide how downtime is counted, so scheduled maintenance doesn't count against you.
Preview only: no payments or emails are collected. Planned pre-order is fully refundable.

Uptime Kuma is great at monitoring, but it doesn't make reports you can send to clients. Users have asked for PDF/SLA reports since 2021. The maintainers closed the request as out of scope / not planned, saying that doing it well means configurable accounting and layout, and they suggest building it yourself in Grafana. So freelancers and agencies end up pasting screenshots into documents every month.
No. SLAGrade is an independent add-on that works with Uptime Kuma. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Uptime Kuma project.
The goal is current 2.x releases. We'll confirm exact compatibility before any pre-order ships.
No. It's self-hosted and runs next to your Kuma instance.
Pre-orders would be refunded in full.
You choose: whether to exclude maintenance windows, the minimum outage length, and how retries and pending states count. The method you choose is printed on every report.
